Here’s how your gift will make an impact:
PRIM&R aims not only to provide highly acclaimed conferences and short courses, practical tools, and cutting-edge strategies to all those involved in the research enterprise, but also to make our programs more accessible to all. Your tax-deductible donations help us fulfill our mission of serving and supporting the research ethics community.
A donation of any amount is an investment in ethical and responsible research and will help us provide access and education to individuals from small institutions and from around the globe who, like you, are working hard to advance ethical research.
You can dontate to PRIM&R's General Fund which, among other things, is used to support all of PRIM&R's scholarship programs; or, you can choose to donate directly to the scholarship fund of your choice below. Your donation may be used to help us cover travel, lodging, and registration fees for a scholarship recipient.

Make a lasting impact on research ethics
Joan Rachlin Scholarship Fund
The Joan Rachlin Scholarship Fund was established in honor of PRIM&R’s founding executive director, Joan Rachlin. Joan championed the development of conference scholarships to ensure that professionals from resource-scarce settings around the world could access key learning opportunities. This fund supports PRIM&R’s current conference scholarship programs: the Institutional Capacity Building Scholarship (which serves teams from HBCUs, HSIs, TCUs) and the Global Research Scholarship (which serves IRB/REC staff/members and researchers from LMICs).
Pillars of PRIM&R Fund
The Pillars of PRIM&R Fund was established in honor of the Pillars of PRIM&R—individuals who were integral to PRIM&R's founding and early growth. This fund supports the Pillars of PRIM&R Outstanding Poster Award, which is given to acknowledge outstanding projects or efforts designed to improve human research protections programs or animal care and use programs, through better education, tools, procedures, practices, or which contribute to empirical research or scholarship in the research ethics field.
