Conference Venue
The 2025 PRIM&R Annual Conference (PRIMR25) will take place on November 7 and 8, 2025 at the Baltimore Convention Center, One West Pratt Street, Baltimore Maryland. The PRIM&R Social Behavioral Educational Research Conference (SBER25) will take place in the same location on November 6. The Baltimore Convention Center is a large event venue situated within walking distance to several hotels, restaurants, and shopping. The facility is ADA compliant.
Hotel Accommodations
- PRIM&R has arranged a discounted rate at select hotels, available until October 22-25, 2025 (depending on property). Information on participating hotels, rates, and distance from convention center are below. Please note the following about conference hotels:
- Hotel rooms include free Wi-Fi.
- Rates are valid three days before/after PRIM&R’s meeting dates based on hotel availability
- A limited number of per diem rates are available at some properties. Do NOT book rooms in these blocks until you are sure of your travel. Once these rooms are filled, it is unlikely we can add more (as a result of the pandemic/economy, hotels have limited the number of per diem rooms we can block). Per diem rates are set by the US General Services Administration (November 2025 rates are TBD, but you will be charged this rate at checkout).

Late-Breaking Poster Abstract Submissions
For those individuals who did not have data ready to submit an abstract during the initial submission period, we encourage you to submit a poster abstract during our late-breaking submissions period between May 16 and June 16, 2025. Please note the following about late-breaking abstracts:Abstracts must be submitted to the online submission form by June 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.Late-breaking abstracts will not be considered for oral presentation or the Pillars of PRIM&R Outstanding Poster Award (see below); they will only be considered for on-site/online poster gallery.Decisions for late-breaking abstracts will be sent by July 25, 2025.
