About PRIM&R

Public Responsibility in Medicine and Research (PRIM&R) advances the highest ethical standards in the conduct of research. As a national nonprofit founded in 1974, PRIM&R has served the research oversight community for 50 years through education, professional resources, certification, and membership. Our vibrant community of over 28,000 individuals, 3,500 members from around the world, includes those who work with human subjects protections programs (HRPPs), institutional review boards (IRBs), animal care and use committees (IACUCs), and institutional leaders. With over 20 professional development opportunities, two professional credentials, and 2,500 attendees at our annual conference, PRIM&R connects, educates, and inspires a commitment to the centrality of ethics in the advancement of science and medicine. Why Exhibit at PRIM25/SBER25?

The annual conference serves to discuss timely issues and best practices in research ethics and oversight. It aims to foster holistic thinking about the research enterprise, with your role being integral, and emphasizes the importance of ethical considerations in ensuring high-quality research outcomes. This event is open to all, offering tailored education and networking opportunities for individuals based on specific professional roles and interests. It provides a forum for exploring topics that span different aspects of the research program and offers programming for institutional leadership, ensuring that your participation is welcomed and valued.

How We Connect

Access to Decision Makers

Exhibiting gives you the opportunity to directly connect with those who make or influence purchasing decisions related to products and services in the research ethics and oversight space. This directconnection opens the door to potential long-term partnerships, instilling a sense of hope and optimism.

Brand Exposure

Vendors receive acknowledgment in conference collateral, signage, and other promotional materials, increasing brand visibility among attendees. This recognition of your brand in the industry is a testament to your importance and value. Additionally, vendors have access to high-exposure branding opportunities (e.g., presentations, promotional items, spaces, events, etc.), and they can leverage the conference app, targeted emails, and other promotional channels to enhance their visibility and reach further.

Strategic Location

The Exhibit Hall is strategically positioned as a high-traffic area where various conference activities—receptions, breaks, and networking sessions—occur. This ensures vendors have ample opportunities to engage with attendees and generate leads. This strategic location provides an exclusive platform for networking, making you feel privileged and important.

Networking Opportuntities

Exhibitors have dedicated time to interact with attendees, and that is promoted on the conference agenda. These interactions allow exhibitors to forge valuable connections, build relationships, and explore potential partnerships with professionals in the field.

Become a Supporter Sponsor

PRIM&R sponsors share a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in the field. As a sponsor, you will receive valuable exposure to a highly engaged audience of research professionals, including administrators, investigators, and compliance officers. Sponsorships are tailored to align with marketing objectives, giving the maximum impact on the investment. A commitment to PRIM&R’s programming offers access to a dedicated community of research professionals through visibility during our live programs, related webpages, and other content-driven marketing materials.
