Overview

Effective data collection and sharing are essential for improving the efficiency and overall effectiveness of research compliance programs. In this webinar, we will explore how programmatic findings from Performance Assessment Metrics (PAM), Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Improvement (QI) observations contribute to the ongoing success of compliance initiatives. We will emphasize that these findings are not solely the responsibility of individuals but rather the result of collaborative efforts across teams, ensuring a more comprehensive and holistic approach to compliance. Participants will gain insight into how actionable data can be harnessed to evaluate processes, identify areas for improvement, and advocate for necessary resources. These efforts not only help in enhancing operational efficiency but also ensure that programs remain inspection-ready, regardless of external audits or evaluations. By proactively addressing minor issues, organizations can build a culture of compliance that fosters continuous improvement, ultimately reducing findings over time. Join us to discover practical strategies for leveraging metrics in your research compliance program. This webinar will equip you with the knowledge and tools to create a data-driven approach that supports long-term improvements and ensures the sustained integrity of your research operations.
