What is the PRIM&R Solution Showcase?
Join us on Friday, January 23, 2026, for the first PRIM&R Solutions Showcase, a virtual event designed to connect innovative solution providers with professionals advancing research ethics, oversight, and compliance.
This event offers your company the opportunity to demonstrate products, technologies, and services directly to decision-makers responsible for human subjects protections, animal care and use, research compliance, and education. Whether your organization supports protocol management, monitoring, training, or operational improvement, the Solutions Showcase is your platform to highlight how your offerings strengthen research programs and promote ethical practices.
Each 25-minute session allows you to present your solution in action, engage with attendees in real time, and respond to questions from research oversight professionals. Following the live event, recordings will be available on PRIM&R’s website, extending your visibility and impact beyond the session.

Format
PRIM&R will host a full day of 25-minute live presentations free to our audience of more than 20,000 professionals.
- Each virtual session includes:
- 15 minutes for your live or pre-recorded product demonstration
- 10 minutes for attendee Q&A
- Moderated introductions and closing remarks provided by PRIM&R staff
- Recorded product demonstrations available on primr.org for three months following the demostration date
